Sean P. Barry originally joined Secrest Wardle’s Troy location as an Associate in 2022. He is a member of the Firm’s Motor Vehicle Litigation and Premises Liability practice groups.

Mr. Barry graduated cum laude from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and received his Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Oakland University.

While attending law school, Sean gained experience by working with both the Wayne and Macomb County Prosecutor’s Offices where he performed investigation and legal analysis of petitions, investigated claims made by petitioners, and appeared on the record at preliminary examinations and various hearings.

Mr. Barry is an active member of the Incorporated Society of Irish American Lawyers and was a recipient of the Incorporated Society of Irish American Lawyers Educational Fund Scholarship in 2022.

Mr. Barry is admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan and is an active member of the State Bar of Michigan’s Young Lawyers Section.
