As an Executive Partner, Bethany J. Truex possesses almost two decades of expertise defending asbestos cases with a wealth of knowledge and experience in a wide range of environmental issues facing businesses, insurance companies, and individuals. She has defended cases in both federal and state courts. Her practice includes mass tort, multi-district litigation, metal working fluids, mold and chemical sensitivity, and chemical exposure cases. Ms. Truex co-authored “Mold An Emerging Toxic Tort” published in the Masonry Resource Guide. Additionally, she is an active member of the Firm’s Environmental and Toxic Tort Practice Group.
Ms. Truex earned her Juris Doctorate (magna cum laude) from Western Michigan Law School. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Pre-Law (cum laude) from Cedarville University.
