Governmental Litigation

The Governmental Litigation Practice Group is made up of attorneys who have extensive experience defending litigation against governmental agencies, as well as prosecuting litigation on behalf of governmental agencies, such as municipalities, counties, school districts, universities, and state agencies, in both state and federal courts.
