In James v. Sajewski Funeral Home, ____ Mich ____ (2010), the Michigan Supreme Court held that an alleged “black ice” condition in Defendant’s parking lot was open and obvious based on prevailing weather conditions, and dismissed Plaintiff’s lawsuit.
