Examples of motor vehicle litigation matters Ms. Doll has successfully defended:
- Plaintiff asked the jury for a verdict of over $3 million dollars at the end of a three-day trial for injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. Plaintiff claimed a shoulder injury and his wife claimed a loss of consortium. At the end of proofs, Plaintiff asked the jury to award him over $3 million dollars in damages. The jury returned a verdict in favor of Defendant in the amount of $25,000.
- In a 2010 argument before the Michigan Supreme Court, the high court declined to hear to a Court of Appeals case which agreed with Defendant’s argument that an amended complaint on a property damage claim is not afforded the protection of the relation-back doctrine as to new parties and is therefore barred by the one-year limitations period.
- After Plaintiff claimed that she had hurt her back in a motor vehicle accident, the use of social media postings by the Plaintiff post-accident assisted the defense in securing a no-cause for the Defendant.

Examples of premises liability actions Ms. Doll has successfully defended:
- Action filed by invitee claiming that her son-in-law failed to clear the backyard of fallen branches and sticks from a storm. Plaintiff claimed she tripped over a piece of concrete covered by the branches resulting in injury. Our client was granted summary disposition which was upheld by the Court of Appeals.
- Plaintiff filed suit against a delivery man who stepped backward from his truck and into the Plaintiff’s path. Plaintiff fell to ground and claimed injury as a result of the Defendant knocking him down. After three-day trial in Oakland County Circuit Court, the jury found in favor of the Defendant.
