Areas of Focus

With over 10 years of experience, Brandon C. Hagaman has successfully represented insurance companies in a range of first and third-party no-fault and bodily injury claims. Mr. Hagaman joined Secrest Wardle’s Troy location in 2020 and is a member of the Firm’s Motor Vehicle Litigation and Premises Liability Practice Groups. In addition to his motor vehicle litigation experience, he has also managed subrogation, commercial, contract, and real estate matters.

 

Mr. Hagaman earned his Juris Doctor (cum laude) from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, minor in Political Science and Sociology, from Oakland University. As a law student, he received an Honors Scholarship. He also participates in the National Veterans Law Moot Court Competition and served as a Bailiff Committee Chairman on the Moot Court Board. He also acted as a Policy Researcher for the Michigan Association of Municipal Attorneys’ Ethics.

 

Brandon Hagaman is licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan’s Young Lawyers Section.
