Tera A. Watson joined Secrest Wardle’s Troy location as an Associate in 2022. She is a member of the Firm’s Motor Vehicle Litigation and Premises Liability practice groups. 

Ms. Watson earned her Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University, Cooley Law School where she served as a Preemption/Screening editor for Cooley Law Review and as Secretary of the Mock Trial Executive Board. While in law school, Tera interned as a student attorney with The WMU-Cooley Innocence Project. Tera received her Bachelor of Arts in English from Michigan State University. 

Prior to law school, Tera gained experience in the legal field while working as a litigation paralegal.

Tera is admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan and is an active member of the State Bar of Michigan’s Young Lawyers Section
