Ranked in the top 5% of her class, Mrs. Struble received multiple book awards in courses such as the Environmental Law Clinic, Criminal Law, Property, Criminal Investigations, and Public Health Law. She was a member of the University of Detroit Mercy Law Review. Her academic achievements earned her several scholarships, including the Legacy of Excellence Scholarship, Hon. Lawrence Paul Zatkoff Memorial Scholarship, Macomb Bar Foundation Scholarship, and the Law School Endowed Scholarship. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Oakland University, where she consistently achieved Dean’s List recognition.

 

Mrs. Struble has gained substantial legal experience through judicial externships with the Honorable Laurie J. Michelson at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and the Honorable Helene N. White at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Mrs. Struble also worked as a law clerk for Secrest Wardle.

 

Before beginning her legal career, Mrs. Struble worked for six years at Flagstar Bank in Troy, advancing from a teller to a corporate accountant. As a corporate accountant, Mrs. Struble helped manage the investment securities portfolio, oversaw financial transactions, and contributed to quarterly and annual financial reporting.
