In Sazerac Co. v. Fetzer Vineyards, Inc., No. 3:15-cv-04618-WHO, 2017 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 153510 (N.D. Cal. Sep. 19, 2017), Plaintiff Sazerac (“Sazerac”) brought a trademark and trade dress infringement case against Defendant Fetzer (“Fetzer”), alleging that Fetzer’s trade dress on its 1000 Stories red zinfandel wine infringed the trade dress of Sazerac’s Buffalo Trace bourbon.
