Long-Established Contract Rescission Principles Apply in an Action for No-Fault Benefits
The Court of Appeals’ decision in Enriquez, confirms Michigan’s long-standing principles of contract law that in order to rescind the contract, one must repudiate the contract and restore the other party to the status quo as if the contract had never been performed.
