Medina v MIC General Ins Corp, et al., unpublished opinion per curiam of the Court of Appeals, issued January 7, 2020 (Docket No. 344397), reaffirms that when the trial court considers dismissing a case due to a discovery violation, the trial court must carefully consider the Dean factors on the record as well as consider lesser options for just punishment.
