Johnson v Geico Indemnity Company, unpublished opinion per curiam of the Court of Appeals, issued March 18, 2021 (Docket No. 351838) permitted summary disposition based on material representations in the submission of affidavits for household replacement services and attendant care where these services were claimed while the Plaintiff traveled away from her service providers out of state on multiple occasions during the claimed period.
