No Change in Exceptions to Parked Vehicle Exclusion

The Court in Wilson held that a person is not loading or unloading a vehicle unless she has direct contact with the property being moved or removed from the vehicle. 

The Court further held that merely opening a door and reaching into the vehicle without intending to enter the vehicle does not constitute entering the vehicle for purposes of the Michigan No Fault Act.
