Revocations Don’t Rewrite History

The Robinson decision addressed whether a revocation of assignments allows a plaintiff to maintain a PIP claim filed prior to the revocation. The Court of Appeals found that a nunc pro tunc, or retroactive, revocation does not remedy a plaintiff’s lack of standing at the time a lawsuit is filed.
