Having recently concluded her 35th year of practice, Mary Doll serves as Of Counsel at Secrest Wardle. This transition follows a distinguished six-year tenure as a member of the Firm, during which she also served as an Executive Partner. Throughout her career, she has represented individual and corporate clients in motor vehicle, premises liability, and general negligence matters, earning a reputation as a fair, honest, and trusted litigator.
Leveraging her extensive experience, Mary has successfully expanded her practice into alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Litigators frequently select her as a mediator for third-party motor vehicle, first-party no-fault, and premises liability cases due to her proven ability to effectuate amicable settlements.
Mary is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a prestigious, invitation-only organization that recognizes attorneys for their exceptional trial experience and commitment to civility and professionalism. A graduate of the University of Michigan and the Detroit College of Law, she is an active member of the State Bar of Michigan and is admitted to practice in both the Eastern and Western District Courts of Michigan.
