Dayne J. Rogers joined Secrest Wardle’s Troy location as an Associate in 2022. He is a member of the Firm’s Motor Vehicle Litigation and Premises Liability practice groups.

Mr. Rogers earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law where he was a member of the Mock Trial team and Executive Editor of Law Review. Mr. Rogers also received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Theory & Constitutional Democracy from Michigan State University with a minor in Entrepreneurship & Innovation under the Eli Broad College of Business. While at Michigan State, he was a member of the James Madison College and the Men’s Lacrosse Team.

Mr. Rogers was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Kirsten Nielson Hartig of the 52-4 District Court where he prepared case files in advance of hearings, attended court sessions, prepared briefs, performed legal research, and worked with the Oakland County and State of Michigan Prosecutor’s Offices to coordinate cases.

Mr. Rogers is admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan and is an active member of the State Bar of Michigan’s Young Lawyers Section.
