Her foundation in litigation began during law school, where she gained invaluable experience through various positions with the State’s Attorney’s Office and the Superior Court of Connecticut.

Ms. Smith earned her Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University’s Thomas M. Cooley Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Oakland University. Admitted to the Michigan Bar in 2020, she is an active member of the Young Lawyers Section. In addition to her Michigan practice, she has been licensed and admitted to practice law in Connecticut since 2015.
