We are a busy insurance defense firm seeking an experienced litigation attorney to provide coverage support on a flexible, contract basis.

This role is ideal for a seasoned litigator looking to stay engaged in substantive work without the demands of a full-time practice. Paid training on our internal systems will be provided (in-office). This is a fully remote position.

What You’ll Do
• Attend and handle court appearances, including motion hearings and status conferences
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Provide litigation coverage for our team as needed
• Opportunities to assist with motion practice or strategy, depending on interest

Work is available across a variety of matters

What We’re Looking For
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan
• 10+ years of litigation experience
• Comfortable handling court appearances and depositions independently
• Reliable, responsive, and able to step into matters with minimal ramp-up
• Strong advocacy and practical problem-solving skills
