Since joining Secrest Wardle in 2002, Mr. Molloy has gained extensive experience in the defense of premises liability claims and devotes a large part of his practice to this area of law. He has represented his clients in both circuit and federal courts throughout the State of Michigan. Mr. Molloy has successfully litigated numerous claims on behalf of premises owners, managers, landlords, vendors and subcontractors. He is a dedicated advocate with the knowledge and skill required to produce favorable results on a wide array of premises issues ranging from dog bites and slip and falls to criminal acts of third parties occurring on the land.
Mr. Molloy received his Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2001. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University in 1998. He was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2002 and subsequently admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan in 2002. Mr. Molloy is also an active member in both the Oakland County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
Mr. Molloy has been a Michigan resident his entire life and currently resides in the suburb of Royal Oak. He is husband to wife, Sara, and the proud father of daughters, Kaitlyn and McKenna.
