While Oprisiu is an unpublished opinion, it reaffirms the Court’s previous rulings that ice and snow are generally considered open and obvious conditions. Where winter weather conditions are present, a reasonably prudent person should foresee the danger of slipping and falling. Courts should consider the specific weather conditions present at the time of the incident to determine whether there are “indicia of a potentially hazardous condition.”
