Adam Mourtada joined Secrest Wardle’s Troy location as an Associate in 2025. He is a member of the Firm’s Motor Vehicle Litigation, Premises Liability, and Trucking/Commercial Vehicle Litigation practice groups.

Mr. Mourtada earned his juris doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. While in law school Adam participated in the Housing Law Clinic, which helped indigent citizens of Detroit keep their homes. Adam was also awarded a Book Award for the highest grade in Arab-Americans and the Law. Mr. Mourtada attended the University of Michigan, Dearborn for his undergrad where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance with a minor in Economics.

Mr. Mourtada is admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan and is admitted to practice in both the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. Adam is a member of the State Bar of Michigan’s Young Lawyers, and Immigration Law Sections, and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
