Harmon v Ewing, et al. affirmed that a plaintiff must present some form of objective evidence, i.e., X-ray, MRI, CT scan, etc., to show an objectively manifested impairment. Diagnoses and restrictions alone are not enough to satisfy the first prong of McCormick.
