Miller joined Secrest Wardle’s Grand Rapids office as a Partner in 2025 where she is a member of the Firm’s Appellate, Insurance Coverage, Motor Vehicle Litigation, and Premises Liability practice groups. Anne has a diverse background of legal practice in both the civil and criminal areas of law. She graduated from Grand Valley State University with a bachelor’s degree in political science in 2010, from Western Michigan University Thomas M Cooley Law School with a juris doctor in litigation in 2015, and from Quantic School of Business and Technology with a master’s degree in business administration with a focus on business and entrepreneurship. While in law school, Anne served three terms as an articles editor on law journal, participated in mock trial and moot court, and served as a board member of the WMU Cooley Grand Rapids chapters of the Federal Bar Association, Phi Alpha Delta, and the Student Bar Association.
Anne has over eight years of legal expertise from areas ranging from federal litigation, bankruptcy, estate planning, appellate advocacy, criminal law, zoning, contract, and civil rights law. She has a proven record as both an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney and as an Appellate Assistant Prosecutor. Prior to joining Secrest Wardle, Mrs. Miller worked as an Administrative Law Specialist and an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney.
In her free time, Anne loves to spend time with her new husband and their dogs, their families, and friends. Anne also enjoys reading and ballroom dancing with her husband.
