Ms. Marku earned her Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School, where she served as Senior Articles Editor and Associate Editor of the Wayne Law Review. She attended Wayne State University for her undergraduate studies and received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, graduating summa cum laude.

Prior to joining Secrest Wardle as an Associate, Ms. Marku gained experience as a student attorney in Wayne Law’s Asylum and Immigration Law Clinic, representing clients in removal and asylum proceedings. She also clerked at a legal aid organization, providing support in civil matters affecting low-income individuals and seniors.
