Telecommunications

This subgroup includes attorneys who represent the interests of our municipal clients with regard to wireless communication facilities, cable television franchises, and the use of public rights-of-way by telecommunication providers and others. We review and keep current on the ever-changing statutes, regulations, and court decisions on the subject. The benefits of that knowledge are provided to clients in the ordinances and permit forms we draft, the negotiation of contracts and permit conditions, and the regular advice and assistance we give in helping our clients administer and enforce local telecommunications regulations in a way that ensures that their rights and interests are protected and furthered.
